I just wanted to comment on the great service I received at Mikes Famous in Smyrna. I brought my 2009 FLHX in for collision work on August 25th. The damage estimate was just shy of $9,000.00 work order 111819. My service contact Was "Mac" from the time I got there to the time I picked it up Oct 4th, I felt like my business mattered to Mike's and the service department delivered on their promises.
The second thing I must say KUDOS to whoever your detail person is, my bike never looked so good the cleanliness and attention to detail was beyond my expectations.
Hats off and a job well done to every one I dealt with "Mac", Adam, and Chris from Parts. also to Ashley for seeing to it that I got my rewards points.
Great Job and a lasting impression on me.. Color me a Happy Customer

Even though this sale was the result of an e-bay auction, and the sales price probably won't end up making the dealership very much money, all of the folks at Mike's treated me like I was buying a $35,000 Screaming Eagle Ultra ..... No one could have been nicer, or done any more to make us feel like we were important to the dealership.
And finally, as to the Vulcan. I rode it home to Virginia,(boy did it make me appreciate my Road King) Gave it to my son as his first street bike (a complete surprise, he knew nothing about it) and experienced two days of pure joy as he learns to love the wind in his face as much we all do.
One last note, I told Dan that one of these days, I hope to upgrade to a Street Glide (or maybe an Ultra) and the first place I'm coming is Mike's Famous @ Smyrna........ Thanks again for everything and be sure to ride safe.

"Purchased new 2010 Road King Standard back in July, WOW what a bike.
The sales Team was great to work with , No Presure. Greg made sure all went well. And a fair value for my trade.
TK did a great job with the financing and paper work, no issues.
The Service team is in a class all by their self, Adam, MAC, Joe and Tech Dave are alway willing to help with questions and offer rock solid solutions.
Matt, Virgil,Ski and Joe in parts are first class folks. When I needed to change my handle bars and lower the bike because of my short build, these guy's stepped up and made sure I bought what I needed. And made sure the bike fit me. These guys know their parts.
Naturally the Service team did a first class job installing the handle bars.
And Joe, Great kid, alway willing to help, with anything and extremly knowedgable.
The whole team at Smyrna made the purchase, customizing and service a GREAT experience, just great people.
I recomend the shop to all my friends.

"What can I say, from the minute we walked in to the Smyrna location to "look", we were impressed with the staff. Jack made us feel welcome, and was a great help providing us with the information we needed to make our purchase, next we sat with T.K. to sign our paperwork and purchase the insurance, then to accessories where they were more than helpful. One month into having the bike it developed a short in the wiring, but the service department was super in finding the problem, and making the repairs.
I could not be happier in making the choice of purchasing our bike from Mikes, I tell all my friends, and will most defiantly be a customer for life.
