"What can I say, from the minute we walked in to the Smyrna location to "look", we were impressed with the staff. Jack made us feel welcome, and was a great help providing us with the information we needed to make our purchase, next we sat with T.K. to sign our paperwork and purchase the insurance, then to accessories where they were more than helpful. One month into having the bike it developed a short in the wiring, but the service department was super in finding the problem, and making the repairs. I could not be happier in making the choice of purchasing our bike from Mikes, I tell all my friends, and will most defiantly be a customer for life. "

"I would like to thank Adam Leiter, Service Manager for Smyrna. My bike had several issues and Adam test drove every time I brought the bike in to see what was going and explained what was wrong and how they were going to repair it. He even called Harley warranty service to help pay for the labor even though the bike was recently out of warranty. Adam was very knowledgeable about the problem. Now the bike is running perrrrrfect.
